WOW, shouldnt they have their FFL yanked at this point? 6 police shootings can be traced to their guns?? Damn.

That's kind of hard to tell though. If the person who purchased the firearm was legal. How can they hold the FFL holder accountable? The person who bought the firearm should be thrown in jail with this other person along with all the charges of the shooter, seeing they we a part of the act anyway.

Yes very true. The guy who made the original purchase should be held accountable unless the firearm was stolen from him or he sold it to someone that appeared to be a legit buyer.

The original purchaser should be charged in this case, but what about the others?
They say a few other guns were linked to them, but what were the instances? They could be doing some fraudulent shit.
