i was talking to one of the CS cops tonight who were early on the scene, they fought , he grabbed the knife , used it then washed it off put it back in the draw and then called 911.. never once said anything about self defense, he was bigger the the younger brother..

I saw him while he was at the juvenile assessment center. Looked like he had no worries at all. Another typical heartless murderer. Don't worry, he'll get a pass as do most other juvenile killers.
Fucked up shit. Damn kids don't know how to take a beating. Kid should have just left the room or house, instead of looking to get into a fight. I think more will come out of this, the true story.

What more can come out of it? That he is well aware that there is no REAL punishment for committing an offense such as murder, as a juvenile? That it is a "free kill" for him? He will be portrayed as a "victim."

It means he is free to kill again and again. In Judge Cohen's courtroom, the family was all smiles. His father is a shitbag too, with several priors for grand theft, assault, resisting, etc. They are a dysfunctional family that is meant for each other.
No outrage from the community. Amazing, isn't it?

Sorry guys, but I'm thinking that border wall should be field tested in separating South Florida first to ensure effectiveness before building the big version along the Mexican border.
