The only problem is that 5.11 gear isn't all that durable. Most high quality gear lasts longer than a year. A lot of 5.11 products starts to deteriorate after 3-6 months of hard use.

So you can ride your imaginary Harley around your front lawn?

No, to shoot with. I wear them on my Harley when I'm not broke.

I rode my bike ( which is currently not leaking oil ) to the range.. so I tried shooting with a moto glove, it felt very awkward..

LOL...they do sell (or did) the titanium in gold lol. I figured what the hell if I'm going down would I rather have carbon fiber, plastic or titanium....I chose the titanium. At the time I wasn't really looking to buy a new set of gloves but I was at a shop in West Palm and I was checking them out and he gave me a killer deal.

FYI, they actually look really good in all white...plus I had previously bought a white Icon jacket. Scuffed up right now but saved me my skin on my right arm. Need to get a new jacket but that one will hold for now. Thinking Alpinestars for next one.

lol not bad once they are broken in. Were really stiff at first. until they were broken in they caused a lot of discomfort for my pinkie lol

Don't buy Icon products, they don't last. Alpinestars is definitely a better choice.

yh i was told the same thing....just after i bought my gloves and jacket lol....But I can't complain because the gloves have held up very nicely and despite my fall the jacket held up very well and saved a lot of skin. Recently I bought a pair of Alpinestar boots (street boots) that are the shit. Next jacket I get will probably be Alpinestar when I have the chance to replace the scuffed up one I have now.

Alpinestar held up when I had a lowside.. if I didnt have gloves on that day.. I would have no skin on on either hand...
