I just stick em in my pockets. Usually one extra mag.

i keep one in my pocket but also have a single paddle one also

i'm saw an IWB holder, but i'm thinking it may be really uncomfortable.

keeping one in the pocket may just be the easiest way to go.

One in the pocket is the easiest and fastest to grab. Many IWB's I've seen with an extra mag slot usually put the mag below the beltline if you prefer to cant your weapon.

I carry my spare mag in a Galco leather open top carrier for one pistol as I carry this pistol in a Galco Summer Comfort IWB. The other pistol I carry in a Bladetech Teklok kydex to match my Bladetech IWB rig.
