THE HECKLER & KOCH P30 - SAFETY WITH FUNCTION

Highest possible safety and functionality "Safety with Function" - the result of consistently striving for the highest possible standards during the design and development of the P30. The result is the most modern pistol that combines the best possible safety with functionality. With its safety characteristics, thought-out details and optional system components, the P30 fulfils all the requirements of a modern pistol.

The open square notch rear sight with long glow (non-radioactive) contrast points allows fast and accurate target acquisition, even under unfavorable lighting conditions.

The good weight balance of the Pistol offers maximum firing comfort and supports optimum scores. The grip consists of high-grade fiber-reinforced polymer material. The ergonomically molded grip angle ensures the highest hit probability during instinctive firing.

I have never held a gun that felt as good in the hand as this one.

other than the gold cup...im torn between three HK's...p30, p30L, and HK 45. I want a 9mm for cheaper shooting, but as you already know, im in love with .45acp. Sigh...which do i get first?!

Just wondering, would anyone carry the p30 daily, or would you rather carry say... the xd9sc?

In carry comparison, how does this rate next to a Glock 19?

Glock=beater gun, HK=my dick is bigger than yours gun. It's all taste. I do love the feel of the new grips along with the ambidextrous mag release, this is one of my top things I consider when I look at a gun. If there is no ambidextrous mag release I look for other options. I find it easier to drop a mag with my middle finger while keeping control of the grip with my thumb.

They are pretty close in weight, with a few ounces seperating them. They both have a 15 round capacity. The feel of this gun in your hand is by far one of the most comfortable guns you will ever put in your hand. I wouldn't carry this gun its more of a show off gun. Holstering a gun like this to me is pure stupidity, thats why they make guns like glock. Especially for you Raven since you are ex-military you get the special pricing on glock that civilians can't touch.

I am personally not a glock fan, but if I got the LE price I couldn't resist owning one.

Thanks for the heads up. There is bling and there is function. I wanna get the functional carry purchased, then focus on the "collection". It's funny cause the Spanish Air Force, uses H&K exclusively and their stuff is beat up. Nothing like seeing an MP5 looking like it was drug behind a truck

That MP5 is also in its intended application. Its not a fun gun like it would be for us.

This I know. It's extremely accurate
