Ok here is a stupid one, but one I'm sure is asked but is never clearly answered. What classifies it as a NFA and what liscences/requirements do you need to purchase/own one?

how about explaining the symantics of the national firearms act in a new thread
definitions, enactment date and so-on.
i know alot of people are a little confused about what is covered or not.

a thread on setting up a Trust and what the benifits are would be cool too since most NFA stuff is done through a trust. plus I want to know for when I finally get a suppressed weapon or SBR :D
Although I don't know much about setting up a trust or private company for NFA transfers, I am well read on the general Class III and NFA stuff. If you have any questions, feel free to post up or PM me.
