First impressions: This rifle is a heavy sucka even without optics! I sure would not wanna hold this thing on long patrols, those brits must have huge arms. The trigger is very nice on mine, the initial break feels a little long, but the 2nd stage is like glass. The cheekweld feels very natural with the SOPMOD. Everything is tight as a drum on the rifle. The charging handle is large and easy to reach with your left hand. PMAGs drop free. Can't wait to throw some lead down range. There were some nicks and scratches on the upper and the finish is a little funky in some areas, but this rifle was made to shoot not look pretty. Overall very pleased so far. Next up is some BUIS, a good sling, and more mags.

probably wont.. I had to get the 40L due the the lower profile.. mearsure it and let me know.. we can always meet up at the range and try it for shits and grins..

THe LMT iron sights are very nice. I am not sure I want to let them go. However, the don't work with my current optic set up. I am going to try some Magpul BUIS for the time being. Range report will probably be done May 25th as I am going to be shooting a match that day so I might head to Markham a little early to sight this puppy in. Just ordered some surplus ammo and some Federal and Hornady Match ammo so I will be all set.

Btw, Magpul MBUS2 sets are coming this summer. They have a flatter and lower profile than the originals. But if the original off of your SBR fits then you should be good to go.

Got the magpul BUIS set in yesterday. Fits nicely under the ACOG and folds flat up front. I have a larue 4xdos mount for the ACOG coming so that is the next thing. I will probably end up selling the LMT BUIS, they are nice but heavy and this rifle is already heavy enough.
