went to the range last tuesday, it was the second time out with my XD SC 9mm.
getting much better.

the first pic was 75 rounds at 7yrds. the second pic is 75 rounds at 15yrds.

we should schedule a range day before the holidays, it would be nice to get together...

Nice shooting. I took the XD out not to long ago and did some off handed shooting etc and it was fun. Funds are too tight to go shooting these days, so I've been behind closed doors.

Shit just to rent and shoot and MP5 full auto is freakin expensive. They charge $60 for the rental and then $12 for each $32 round magazine (not sure if that includes the price of ammo which I am sure it does). Then you would have to pay $9 per hour or $15 if you are using your own ammo in your own gun as well. Plus if it's a first time visit you need to pay another $5 for a "patron" card lol. Shit if you go there to shoot you're guns and try one mag of full auto your gonna pay almost $100 lolol ($92) Damn

That's really really expensive.... Kiffney's in key largo WWW.kiffneys.com is only 15.00 for the 1/2 hour.... and if you buy ammo their it's 12.00 for the 1/2 hour.

Bill Jackson's here is 15$ per shooter, no time limit. Granted they don't have Class3 rentals, and don't allow rifles other than 22LR, but it's definitely economical.

I saw that range last time I went fishing down in the keys a few months back, when did it open?

Pembroke and Bass Pro are both $10 per hour, no patron card crap. Pembroke pretty much lets you shoot as long as you want if they are not really busy. Bass pro lets you know your hour is up about 20 minutes after the hour.
