In the case of handguns, it is a good idea to also include language that states that both parties are FL residents and that both parties have visually verified ID. You don't have to write the DL# down, but if both parties are ok with it, I'd play it safe and write them on the BoS. I've even put the time of purchase on one of mine, just in case something "happens" later that day as a seller, but it works both ways.

A lot of people now sell privately only to people they know or to ones that can produce a CWP as a step closer to feel better about not selling the gun to a lunatic ready to go blasting at the mall.
