This time tonight in tamarac..2 armed gunmen came in and shot a customer after robbing the place...ok guys..time to lock and load!

I think it is. Where this might be a reciprocating state for permit holders, you can't do it for non-permit holders. Same as if we traveled to another state without a permit.
